I ordered this device because my phone doesn't receive internet well depending on where I am... but I have Philips cordless phones... and I don't know if this device will work? I thought you could plug the phone directly into it. Before I send it back to you can you tell me if it works with my Philipps phones?

This device only extends the reception area for DECT cordless phones. It will not solve your Internet connection problems. For that you need a WiFi repeater. For telephony, however, it is compatible with all DECT-compliant devices.
