Question about Xiaomi Mi Smart Compact 120
I plan to use the projector in the bedroom. We have visible roof beams there, on which I would like to mount the beamer more or less permanently. In such a case, can the image be directed downwards and thus into the field of vision from the bed? Or does the projector have to be at the same height and parallel to the screen?
Hi Shayhen9, I have also attached it to a roof beam (with a boat rope, holds super well). And the projector is pointed downwards at about a 20 degree angle. The key stone auto correction does a perfect job at that angle.
The projector has no setting for the distance to the screen, i.e. it must be physically placed so that the size of the image is correct. The image can be directed downwards or upwards at a certain angle from the beamer. However, this possibility is limited.
I would not recommend the beamer (due to the lack of distance adjustment) and have returned it at a loss. Of course, the lack of adjustment options was not mentioned in the description.
