I pre-ordered the product in October and now it says that the expected delivery date is 18.1.2019. but it has still not been delivered. please for quick info

I understand, I also pre-ordered it but haven't received it yet :-) Unfortunately, the supplier did not receive enough pieces and has to reorder. But we should receive another delivery. Unfortunately, it is still unclear when, but as soon as we have information, we will note it in the orders and on the homepage.
