I received my buds today. However, I cannot connect both Buds together. Is this an error? Perhaps I have paired them incorrectly. (With Bluetooth they are also two different "devices").

Did you tighten both buds at the same time? I've had the buds for a while. 1-2 years. Never had the problem. For me, it always pairs both at the same time, even if I only have one in my ear. If you haven't tried it yet, I would delete the buds from the list and connect them again.
