Question about Logitech MX Mechanical

I received the keyboard as a gift. Now I have the problem that when I press the "alt gr" key, either "4rfv" or "°" (without ") is entered. In addition, the keyboard always starts the calculator when I press "alt gr". I have not found a setting in the Log Options+ software. The Windows setting as German (Switzerland). I have also restarted the PC and the keyboard and reset the keyboard, but nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas?

The first step is to identify where the problem is coming from: keyboard or PC. Test the keyboard on another computer (or on a phone/tablet via Bluetooth). Then, on your PC, quit Logi Options+ completely (close it from the icon in the notification area) and test AltGr again. If the problem also appears on another device, it's probably a keyboard/firmware problem. If it only happens on your PC, then something is remapping AltGr (Options+ Smart Actions/assignments, PowerToys Keyboard Manager, AutoHotkey, etc.).

Note (unrelated to AltGr): the MX Mechanical often comes with the default media keys on row F. If you want the normal F1-F12 behaviour, you can change it in Logi Options+ (keyboard → General → enable "Use F1, F2, etc. as standard function keys"), or switch directly to the keyboard with Fn + Escape (Esc).
