I saw on the pictures that one of the 5 USB ports is labelled with BIOS can you use it in Windows or is it only for BIOS updates?

The USB port labelled Bios can of course also be used normally (not only in Windows). The connection is only labelled so that the appropriate USB connection is used during the Bios flashback.
