I see this charger provides 25W, but only with 3A. By Watts law, that means this charger uses 8.3V, which is quite uncommon… Most phones use 5V. Could the specification be wrong? Maybe it provides 5V 5A for 25W ?

The maximum voltages and currents depend from the supported charging standard.

The charger supports PDO where it uses 9V with 2,77A and PPS where it uses up to 11V with 2,25A.
