I tried to connect the Xbox Series X/S controller to the Switch. This did not work. However, it did work with the PS4 controller. Can anyone help or have the same problem?

that's probably not possible because xbox is microsoft and nintendo doesn't support it. i can't explain it otherwise. better buy the switch pro controller.
