I use the Logi Mx Master 3s mouse in the office with the USB plug on Windows 11 and at home with my Mac via Bluetooth. Can I use the keyboard in the office with the same USB plug as the mouse or do I have to use the one supplied with the keyboard?

Yes, you can. You simply have to programme the keyboard or mouse to the same Unify transmitter.
You will need this software from Logitech.
