I want to buy these headphones, but I’ve found many reviews saying that the plastic around the headband, which holds the ear cups, cracks and falls apart. I’ve also seen some reviews mentioning interference noises and hissing sounds in the headphones. I can’t decide whether to buy the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless or the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023). The HyperX headphones don’t seem to have these issues, but they have a worse microphone. I’m also unsure which one has better sound quality. If I experience these problems with the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) during the warranty period (such as plastic cracking or unwanted noise), will I be able to return or replace them, or will this not be considered a warranty case?
