Should work but better use DDR5 RAM ☺️
Better buy a 700 or 800 watt power supply for future upgrades, you will save a lot of money.
Would run without problems, but buy 2 16gb rams, it's cheaper and better.
It's better to buy 2 x 16 GB RAM than 4 x 8.
