I wanted to order the Adobe CC for 399.- right away this Whitsun weekend and had to upload an ID card (18 years: -) to be able to trigger my order so that I can benefit from this 399.- promotion! Of course I did this and uploaded my driving licence. But then I got the message that an experienced digitec employee had to check my driver's licence. After the check, my order process is then continued for the price of 399, but unfortunately today I see the full price of CHF 699.- in my shopping cart!!!! What to make of this action from you dear digitec TEAM??? I am now significantly disappointed by this ID card promotion from you where I could not continue my order for this promotion and now digitec?
