I was able to use the "for Mac" version on my Windows laptop for about 2 months without any problems. However, now it only works on my Macbook laptop. All of a sudden, the mouse no longer works on my Windows device, even though I have connected everything normally. I even removed the mouse from my device and added it again. Can anyone explain to me why this is happening or how to fix this problem?
