I work in my home office with the Lenovo T470 and privately with a Macbook Pro (Retina, 15", Mid 2015). Is this docking station compatible for both devices? If not, which product should I purchase? Many thanks for your help.

Yes and no. It doesn't work just like that. There is the possibility to download an application for the Mac. Then it works.
