Question about Logitech MX Master Mac Edition

I would like to connect the mouse to my MacBook Pro mid-2012. According to the requirements (Bluetooth LE and macOS 10.15), this should be possible. However, I read somewhere that this could be problematic. Does anyone already have experience with this (or does the combination work for someone)?

I use the mouse via Bluetooth, both with a MacBook Pro 2016 (OS Big Sur) and with a PC (Windows 10). Works very well with both.

I do not use this combination. The MX Master comes with a USB Unifying adapter. With this, the connection works in any case. Based on my experience, this is the better option than Bluetooth anyway, because the transfer rate seems to be higher than with Bluetooth. This manifests itself in scrolling without jerking.
