Question about HyperX Cloud Alpha Wired
I would like to know if this headset has a very good sound to hear enemies coming in my direction for example, and also to know if we can increase the volume on PS4 because my old one I can't increase the volume even if I have a knob, it's very weird, thanks in advance.

It's hard to define "very good", what I can tell you is that I also use it for fps (cod:MW, bf5, ...) and I can hear the enemies know where they come from. I advise you to go and look at some sites to see the tests of this product.
The volume control works perfectly and there is also a switch to mute the microphone.
