Yes, it will work :) the plug has a CTIA configuration and can also be used with smartphones. Of course you will need a 3.5mm plug on your Xbox One controller or the Microsoft Xbox One Headset Adapter (Xbox One) (https://www.digitec.ch/fr/s1/product/microsoft-xbox-one-headset-adapter-xbox-one-cables-adaptateurs-gaming-2476159) if you have an older controller :)
