I would like to zoom films in 16:9 format to full screen. Otherwise I have too large a black bar at the top and bottom of the screen. Unfortunately, I can't zoom the picture (picture format zoom mode). Why can't I do this? If I connect an external TV box and connect it to the TV via HDMI, this function works without any problems. I don't understand that.

This is because most films are in 21:9 format, which is why you have black bars at the top and bottom on a 16:9 television. However, there are IMAX films that do not have black bars.
Only Sony can answer why this function is blocked for internal content on the A90K.
