If I attach the Cooler Master Vertical Graphics Card Holder Kit to the top slot of this case, do I still have room for a Corsair LL120, for example? How much space would I then have under my GPU?

Yes, there is enough space for a Corsair LL120, even if the Vertical Graphics Card Holder is in the second uppermost slot. However, I cannot give an exact measurement.
