If I buy this hard disk now (26.04.2019), will it have the latest firmware? Because the Kingston SSD Manager does not run on Linux, and therefore I cannot update the firmware ... : https://www.kingston.com/en/support/technical/ssdmanager

Depends on how long the SSD has been in storage ;)

This Kingston A400 960 GB I bought had the latest firmware on it. However, another Kingston A400 480 GB (from another dealer) did not have the latest firmware. I cannot give a general answer as to whether the latest firmware is always installed in individual cases.
