If I buy this set for my Logitech G27, where can I find other mounting plates for the Saitek X55 HOTAS, for example? I don't want to buy a completely new set for every game controller.

Sounds rather impractical. The G27 is mounted on the stand and the Hotas can stand on the table. If the Hotas is to be mounted on a stand, then it's probably better to have your own. Skill as a do-it-yourselfer is very advantageous with this product anyway. But of course it always depends on your needs and the space available. Greetings
