The warranty is 100% void if the hardware is changed, also note that a water cooling system can damage a PC if the parts are not 100% tight. You will also hear the pump anyway and if you are unlucky, it won't do much apart from being an expensive affair. Liquids should not be used in a PC. This is more for larger mainframe computers.
