If you use an ATX MainB, can you mount 3 LL fans at the bottom or do you have to use an m-atx MB?

It depends on the internal ports of the mainboard. Basically, the fans fit under an ATX board. I have installed the b450 Pro Carbon from MSI. However, I would have to buy a 90-degree adapter for the USB 3.0 cable so that it doesn't get in the way. A radiator only fits with a smaller mainboard.

You can install an ATX mainboard. There is enough space for RGB fans like the Corsair LL120. However, if you want to install a radiator, you have to use an M-ATX.
