I'm a bit confused. The cable is supposed to support up to 240W, but what for? There is currently no Apple device that can consume that many watts. The MacBook Pro 16" has a maximum of 140W. The iPhone 15 Max supports max. 24W. Not even China Androids can draw 240W from a USB-C port...

It is better for the cable to fulfil a standard that is too high than one that is too low😉.
