Question about HP Color Laser 150nw
I'm having trouble pairing the printer with a Mac via USB. It seems to send a print job, but nothing ever arrives at the printer. In the Digitec description, the printer is Mac OS and Windows compatible. According to the HP user manual, the Mac operating system is not supported? I can't find any Mac drivers on the HP website either (only Windows and Linux). Does Digitec have wrong information here? Thank you for your feedback.

Hi, I don't own a Mac but I know for sure that connecting via USB definitely doesn't work. Solution: Simply connect via the network using AirPrint. The description is a bit misleading. You can find the USB information in the user manual! Regards

Unfortunately I have exactly the same problem...
The HP support, well... was fobbed off with the answer "that doesn't work well with this one"...
Apple support, on the other hand, tried everything possible with me for over 1 hour! Interestingly, printing from Apple programmes works without any problem... he could not explain it and said that an update of the software to Ventura could possibly solve the problem... so my question is: which software do you have on the Mac?
