I'm thinking of buying a 15" Macbook Pro with a Radeon Pro Vega 20 graphics card, for occasional gaming (but mostly video editing). Would it be better to buy the Radeon Pro 560X version and this Razer Core X case instead? If so, can I put an Nvidia GTX 2070 in it (works with MacOS AND Windows for gaming)? Or is it better to put for example an ASUS ROG Strix RX Vega 64 O8G?

it seems that the drivers for the Nvidia 2xxx series cards are not yet available (at least as of March and on macos mojave):
