In the picture you see a USB port, but in the text it could also be a USB-C port. Which is correct now? I can't use USB-C for this. How can I cancel the order?

The picture is wrong. This headset has USB C. Either you cancel via your account under orders (if this is still possible) or you contact the customer service (at the top left under "Help and Contact)".
