Is a 220V plug-in power supply included with the Apple MacBook Air - 2002 and is a bag included in the scope of delivery or does it have to be purchased separately?

As I bought the MacBook Air 2022 secondhand from Galaxus, I don't know whether the included plug-in power supply is normally included in Apple's scope of delivery - as far as I know, it is not, as can be read in the current "Mac and I" on the occasion of a test on plug-in chargers. A bag to protect the device is definitely not included.
