Is a power supply with 8 pins, e.g. from a be quiet! Pure Power 11 CM 600 W, sufficient for this MB? Or does it need all 12 pins here? I'm not planning any OC at the moment. I'm using a Ryzen 7 3700 X and an RX 5700 XT as the CPU.

Yes, the 8 pins are easily enough. I run the board with a Ryzen 9 3900X without any problems.
