@Francesca: Sure, there is a "real" US version available. See the Logitech website: https://www.logitech.com/en-us....

@Adam: Could you somwhere get a MX Keys with an US layout? I am also looking for it but it seems like they do not export it (US customers only).

Meanwhile, I have ordered it from Logitech directly (US store) using a package forwarding service as Logitech does not ship to Europe. However, I cannot recommend it as shipping + customs are quite expensive (~ 60 CHFs).

According to Logitech, this is not offered by Logitech itself and for this reason we cannot offer it.
