Question about Aukey Omnia Mix3 PA-B6S
Is it a problem to charge the iPad Air 4 G. with it? As far as I know, this can take a maximum of 30 watts. Or does this have no effect on the battery?

A device only draws as much power from the charger as it needs. Just because the power supply unit can handle 90W does not mean that the iPad will also be charged with that much.
