Is it compatible with the Logitech g29?

Yes, the seat is compatible with all Thrustmaster and Logitech steering wheels.

Yes, it is perfectly compatible, the steering wheel attaches well to the seat and so does the pedal. However, if you have the gear lever there is no integrated system to fix it. However, you can buy (on other sites) a metal bar to support the gear lever.
