Is it known when voice control will be supported in Switzerland?

Not yet (with iOS). However, this is more due to Amazon, as the Alexa app is needed to set it up. This is not yet available in Switzerland: you can get around the geo-lock by downloading the app from a foreign platform. Then Alexa works on Sonos
