Is it possible that the wrong photo was uploaded here? Officially, the PowerCore III Sense 20k should have 2 USB-A and 1 USB-C. This is also implied in a review of the product. What do you get now?

The powerbank has two USB A and 1 USB C ports. Everything is next to each other, which is difficult to see in the photo.
