I think not; as I understand the manual, the headphones can be connected via Bluetooth to a mobile phone as well as to a computer and can be used for a call with the microphone built into the headphones. The cable socket is intended for connection to a mobile phone instead of Bluetooth. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any other information.
