Is it possible to change the resistance between the gears on the XBOX with the T248 steering wheel ? I find the gears a bit too light.

Yes, you can. On the outside of the housing is an adjustment screw for the switching resistance (slotted screwdriver). Also explained in the manual. Page 9/18.
