Is it possible to connect a microphone here? If so, how is the sound? Or should I buy an audio interface?

You can plug in a microphone using a 3.5 mm jack plug.

The audio quality is for gaming --> TS IO
for "professional" applications like Youtube & streaming I would use an audio interface and a full membrane mic.
