Works with my Panasonic TV, but is not a soundbar, too small, but can be used with an extension cable to the seat if you can't hear something well, films etc. Beatolino has explained the rest.
Connection cable approx. 80cm. is included, mounted directly on the device.

I don't know the television. The Speedlink comes with all the cables - jack plug for sound in and out and USB for power supply. I have the speaker with me mainly for travelling to amplify the laptop speaker, which works perfectly. With the Samsung TV you would have to check whether the connections are there.
However, I don't think the Speedlink offers better sound than a TV.
