Is it possible to install 3000 mhz ram on the board because on this website :https://pcpartpicker.com/product/RD97YJ/asrock-b450m-hdv-r40-micro-atx-am4-motherboard-b450m-hdv-r40 it says 2933 and 3200 but not 3000 ?

The 3200 mhz only describes the maximum clock speed of the RAM, which is lower and DDR4 can be installed.
