Is it really the case that when the motion alarm is triggered and recording starts and video should be uploaded to the cloud, no video of the culprit is available on the cloud when the power plug is pulled? A friend has this problem.

Helpful answer
To the best of our knowledge, this is correct. If the product is de-energised during motion detection, the video cannot be uploaded to the cloud. The upload requires an active power and internet connection.
