Is it worth buying the soundbar with a Samsung Qled TV that doesn't support Dolby Atmos and doesn't have eARC anachluas, only ARC? Does the soundbar still have enough advantages or would I be better off buying another one?

If you want to buy a new TV in the future, absolutely! (Blackfriday?) Otherwise, there are cheaper soundbars like the ones from Samsung itself.
Plus you can also use the ARC to listen to music via smartphone, for example.
