Is putting 3 fans at the bottom to bring in air, on the side also 3 fans to bring in fresh air and on top put the watercooling to extract the hot air good? If not, what do you recommend?

The configuration with the fans on the bottom and on the side mentioned above will work. However, we advise you to use the configuration recommended by the manufacturer (on your link), as this is designed to optimise the airflow in your case.
