Yes, the cable here should only be 1m long, I didn't measure it exactly, but that's about right... Of course you can also use this cable here: Aukey USB Type-C Nylon (A - C, 2m, 3.0)
It is 2m long and supports Quick Charge 3.0... But I'm not quite sure if it can support the full 4A. According to the comments on the cable, Quick Charge works without problems with Samsung Galaxys.
