Is the cooling system already assembled or do you have to assemble it yourself?

So the cooler and the CPU cooling unit are fixed together. What needs to be screwed together, however, are the fans on the cooler (2 fans & 8 screws). The challenge is rather to place the cable management correctly. The best way is to google the assembly on Youtube.
