The wheel (mouse wheel) is rubberised, the rest is all plastic without rubber.

The mouse wheel is made of an elastic plastic. It is difficult to say whether this is rubber in the sense of latex-based or silicone rubber. In any case, apart from the USB cable, the mouse wheel is the only part that smells of plasticisers. The hard plastic parts are odourless.
