Is the narrow scanner window covered with a film? I.e. does it have a cover film on the strip to the left of the scan plate where the ADF pulls the paper through when scanning?

Hello, I can confirm that the scanner window was without foil when I unpacked it (unlike HP, for example), and double-sided scanning also works perfectly via ADF.

As far as I can remember, there was a thin white foam between the lid and the glass over the entire surface, including the large glass, but I'm not 100% sure.
