Is the USB-C version of the dock sufficient to run 2 monitors at 1440p 60Hz? If so, which connectors must be used? Laptop: Dell XPS 17 9700 with i7-10750H and GTX 1650Ti

I have connected 2 monitors to this docking station. The Dell U2719D (2560x1400 pixels) on the DP and the Dell P2719H (1920x1080 pixels) on the HDMI. The Dell U2719D is only set to 2048x1080 pixels. Both monitors run at 60Hz.

According to Dell's manual, the XPS 9700 only supports HBR2 and not HBR3. Therefore, the resolutions and frequencies are limited in the following way:
- 1 monitor up to 4k 30Hz
- 2 monitors up to 1080p 60Hz
- 3 monitors simultaneously up to 1x1080p and 2x720p 60hz
