Personally I found the mouse is not so fragile: I put it in a pocket of my travel bag (Dicota) and I dit not see any sign of usage or marks on it.
For the keyboard such accessories exists (I found two brands: Adore June and Pawtec, but there are probably many more) but unfortunately not (yet?) in the Digitec assortment.

I use my ipad pro sleeve for the keyboard & the mouse...
