The intel website states in its specifications that the i5-10600K product contains a thermal solution:

But there are 2 references for this product
BX8070110600K (Boxed)

If the Tray version suggests that the product contains only the processor, it is more difficult to know with the boxed version where the Intel specifications suggest that the cooling unit is included in the product (I have always received a cooling unit in my purchases of boxed version processors, not necessarily at Digitec).
