The motherboard tray can be mounted mirrored. This keeps the PCIe slot in the correct orientation. The GPU sits as usual, with the connections to the rear and the fans facing inwards. The difference is that the glass window is on the right-hand side, while the closed panel is on the left-hand side.

The housing can be operated in reverse mode, which makes it possible to position the connections and the glass on the desired side. In this configuration, the connections and glass can be visible on the left-hand side of the table by rotating the housing accordingly. The IO modules are also movable, which allows for flexible placement.
